Q: Why can't I choose a size for the socks in your store?

A: All our socks are designed as one size fits all to simplify your shopping experience. However, some of our socks are better suited for smaller feet, while others are more comfortable for larger feet. Q: What is the processing time for orders?

A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Q: What are the estimated shipping times?

A: Please note that all orders are currently shipped from our overseas warehouse. The estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days

Please be mindful of international shipping times when placing your order. These times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the current shipping conditions.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through the shipping provider's website.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

A: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info.dappersocks@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we will be able to cancel it and issue a refund. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, but you can return the item once you receive it.
